No Soft Souls is a print-on-demand apparel store operated by Persson Performance. If you want to reach a human about anything on this page, email contact@nosoftsouls.com.

What you give us when you order: name, email, shipping address, and the contents of your order. Payment card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.

What we collect automatically: basic device and usage data, plus the cookies described in section 07.

To take your order, print it, ship it, answer your emails, prevent fraud, and — if you asked for it — send you email. That’s the list.

If you sign up, we email you about new drops and occasional discounts. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Use it whenever you like; it works immediately.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nosoftsouls.com and we will handle it. We may need to keep order records for tax and accounting purposes.

We keep order data only as long as we need it for fulfillment, support, and legal obligations. Our systems are hosted by established providers with industry-standard protections.

We use cookies and advertising pixels from Meta and Google so we can measure whether our ads are working and show them to the right people. Cookies that keep the cart, checkout, and the site itself running are always on.

Your Privacy Choices

You can opt out of having your data shared for advertising at any time via the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. Opting out stops the Meta and Google Ads pixels from loading. Your order, your account, and the rest of the site keep working exactly as before.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat you as opted out automatically — you don’t need to do anything.

Who Processes Your Data

Shopify handles our orders and payments. Printify prints and ships them. Klaviyo runs our email. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
