Returns & Refund Policy
- Because every item is printed to order, we don't take returns for change of mind or wrong size chosen. Check the size guide before you order.
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is simply the wrong item, we replace it free or refund you in full. Your choice.
- Tell us within 30 days of delivery at contact@nosoftsouls.com with your order number and a photo. That's the whole process.
- Send a photo of the issue. We'll let you know if we need the item back — usually we don't.
