No Soft Souls is a brand operated by Persson Performance ("we", "us"). By ordering from this store you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item can’t be produced, the address is undeliverable, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may correct it and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Every item is printed to order in the USA. Print placement and color can vary slightly between garments, and garment measurements carry the manufacturer’s normal tolerance. That’s how printing works, not a defect.

Production takes 2–5 business days and shipping another 3–5. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We currently ship within the United States only. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier; if it goes missing in transit, contact us and we’ll help sort it.

Because items are printed to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size chosen. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we replace it free or refund you in full — your choice. Email contact@nosoftsouls.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You don’t need to ship the item back.

All designs, artwork, slogans, logos, photography and site copy belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or print them, in whole or in part, without written permission. Buying a garment buys the garment, not the design.

Don’t attempt to break, scrape, overload or misuse this site, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes go to the competent Swedish courts. The operator is Persson Performance, the company behind No Soft Souls.
